Cross & Joftus consults with policymakers at the district, state, and federal levels and with nonprofit leaders to inform the development of programs, legislation, regulations, and guidance to improve education outcomes for children and youth. Our approaches and recommended solutions are grounded in research, reflect best practices, and are politically and financially feasible.
We help organizations, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Colorado Children’s Campaign, and the Harvard Family Research Project, explore how to improve student achievement through approaches such as expanded learning and large school conversion. Our partners and associates use surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect quantitative and qualitative data on these important education topics. Based on our policy research and analysis, we produce policy briefs, white papers, and research reports.
