This external environmental review informs an in-depth needs analysis of the organization that identifies strengths and weaknesses and provides recommendations for how to meet organizational goals more effectively. Our recommendations reflect the client’s budget, timing, stakeholder support, and political climate. In addition, we help develop an implementation timeline as well as technical support and communication plans.
